Real Estate Solicitor - Agricultural - Bristol

Rare and exciting opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join one of the largest real estate groups in the UK. This real estate group has one of the leading agricultural teams representing some of the country's biggest private landowners.

This agricultural real estate team advises corporate and charitable bodies as well as significant private estates. Your caseload will include buying and selling, advising on land development, working on a wide range of green energy projects, landlord/tenant matters, and real estate finance.

You will be a real estate solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. You should have real estate experience, ideally in landlord and tenant, transactional work, and real estate finance. An interest in agricultural property work is essential.
