Real Estate Solicitor – 4+ PQE

TSR Legal are currently supporting a well-regarded law firm based in Bristol, who are currently looking to expand the Real Estate team. Our client is well known for there excellent culture and exceptional legal expertise across a broad range of practice areas. The Real Estate team is one of the top-performing departments nationally across the firm, advising clients across the UK and internationally on a diverse range of property matters.

Our clients support a large client base that includes major developers, institutional investors, corporate occupiers, government bodies, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on a variety of Real Estatematters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and portfolio management.
• Work on high-profile transactions across sectors such as energy, retail, transport, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in their real estate strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm, including those in planning, construction, and corporate teams, to deliver an excellent service to the firms clients
• Contribute to business development activities, including client events, networking, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated solicitor who:

• Has 4+ PQE in Real Estate law, ideally with experience working on large-scale transactions and complex matters.
• Demonstrates excellent technical skills and a strong commercial awareness.
• Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Is proactive and solutions-focused, with a keen interest in delivering exceptional client service.
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of the team.
