Job Opportunity: Property Solicitor

Join our Real Estate Team, the largest single-office real estate team in the Thames Valley, comprising 27 qualified lawyers and 12 paralegals. We serve regional, national, and global clients across various sectors, including corporate occupier, property finance, development, strategic land, agricultural, and property litigation.

Our clients include blue-chip corporations, high street and challenger banks, universities, and regional housebuilders.

We are currently seeking a 0-6+ years PQE solicitor to join our expanding team. While we envisage the role suitable for candidates within this experience range, we welcome applications from outside this bracket.

Our lawyers handle a broad spectrum of property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of real estate interests, planning, environment and construction work, landlord and tenant matters, as well as taxation and finance issues.

The Role

You will join a team managing diverse property transactions and advising on matters such as office, industrial, and retail lettings; large residential developments; investment properties; secured lending; and agricultural/rural estates work. You will work with owners, occupiers, sellers, purchasers, and financial institutions. Experience in all areas is not required; we value your skills and interests.
