An opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor to join our Commercial Real Estate team based in our London office.
You will join a team led by Partner Ayesha Hasan, who specializes in real estate investment, finance, restructuring, and insolvency. Ayesha has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, real estate finance, insolvency, restructuring, and security enforcement.
The successful candidate will assist with various real estate transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to developments, for our established clients. You will manage smaller transactions within larger cases, maintain client and intermediary contact, and provide commercial solutions alongside legal advice. You will also participate in team meetings and business development activities to promote our Real Estate group.
