The Opportunity:

As a Real Estate Solicitor with experience in Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance, you will advise clients on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, relocations, lease management, rent reviews, property refinancing, and property aspects of business transactions.

You will manage a varied caseload, working independently on complex matters and collaborating with our team of Partners, Legal Directors, Senior Solicitors, Solicitors, Trainees, and Paralegals.

We seek a self-sufficient individual with excellent client care and communication skills, and a focus on marketing and networking. An existing client following is advantageous.

You will support existing caseloads and contribute to business development initiatives to generate new opportunities.
