- Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, and commercial leasing
- Carry out title due diligence and report on freehold and leasehold titles (including unregistered land), replies to enquiries, and search results
- Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, transfer deeds, and certificates of title (experience helpful but not essential)
- Work both independently and collaboratively, with increasing autonomy as your experience grows
- Contribute to larger projects, including charity mergers and corporate or asset acquisitions
- Prioritise effectively across multiple matters, using a practical and solutions-focused approach

- Eager to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and sector partners.
- Enthusiastic about developing your expertise in a firm that aligns with your values.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by working in a collaborative, purpose-led environment.
