Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited seeks a Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE to join their Birmingham office on a permanent basis with hybrid working. You will manage your own caseload, advise on a broad range of real estate matters and develop client relationships.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to business development within a supportive team and to progress professionally in a growing firm.

• 2-4 years' PQE in real estate law.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound negotiation skills.

Overview of the Real Estate Solicitor role

We are currently working with a well-established and growing law firm who are looking for a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join their Birmingham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team, while taking ownership of their own caseload and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities of the Real Estate Solicitor will include

• Managing your own caseload and delivering high-quality fee-earning work.
• Advising clients across a broad range of real estate matters.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.
• Contributing to business development, networking and marketing initiatives.

• Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and best practice.

Required experience/qualifications of the Real Estate Solicitor will include
