Senior Associate/ Director/ Partner, Real Estate – Liverpool

We are advising a progressive Top 50 UK Law firm on strategic build out of their L500 Ranked Real Estate Group, from their Liverpool office.

We are keen to speak with an ambitious Senior Associates, Legal Director or experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner, looking to be part of a progressive outfit – who are receiving significant investment.

This firm have a very strong reputation nationally & across the NW; offering one of the most transparent progression & Partner structures available across the UK.

The Role

The Real Estate Group, is competitively L500 Ranked in their core regions. The Liverpool team are well established, and provide the full breadth of services across Landlord & Tenant, Asset Management, Development & Regeneration Projects.

Whilst the Liverpool, Real Estate Team – may be considered “lean” in comparison to their other offices; this provides a great opportunity for a senior Real Estate lawyer to come onboard, have full autonomy, and take advantage of the clear progression on offer.

There are ambitious juniors in this group, who are there to support you also. This is a growth role, so you will be responsible for Fee Earning, alongside Networking, Business Development etc.

This is a priority hire, which comes with excellent remuneration; and progression to Partner, or for existing Partners; a transparent route to Equity, (should that be your desired career trajectory).
