We are currently working on a fantastic real estate opportunity within a successful team that offers great prospects! The team is recruiting a solicitor at the Senior Associate/Partner level. This role involves a broad range of real estate work and the opportunity to be involved in renewables. The team carries out a wide range of real estate work with particular emphasis on development and investment; landlord and tenant; leisure and retail; clean energy; banking and finance sectors. You will handle all aspects of Real Estate, including property aspects of Real Estate Finance, transactions, acting for landlords, tenants (often national retailers), developers, banks, charities, and other business clients.
