Job summary

GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists in London is seeking an Award Winning Lettings Negotiator/Senior Lettings Negotiator to drive premium lettings for the Central London market.

You will join a successful office, aiming to hit £500,000 first year, with a lucrative commission structure and an OTE of £100k+. ASAP start, prior PCL lettings experience is essential.

• 4 years minimum lettings experience within PCL

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring it reflects the brand’s premium positioning
• Registering and qualifying new buyers and sellers
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Managing a strong pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM systems
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.

My client has an incredibly strong presence Internationally, but the focus for this role would be across the London PCL market. My client needs someone who lives and breath the PCL market, understands the demographic and clients needs.

You'll be joining a successful office with the goal to hit £500,000 in your first year, lucrative commission structure also.
