Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties on behalf of corporate clients. You will coordinate client communications, market optimization, and workflow oversight with internal and external brokers.

The role requires 3+ years in real estate transactions management, a BA/BS, and strong skills in negotiation, financial analysis, and client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in BA/BS; finance/real estate preferred.
• Experience with client communications, negotiations, and financial data review.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio plans and align with client real estate goals.
• Collaborate with brokers to negotiate terms for leases, sales, subleases and purchases.
• Manage documentation flow and client communications; oversee reports and performance metrics.
• Lead client meetings and present transaction activity; identify process improvements.
• Mentor transaction team members and assist onboarding of new staff.
