Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Real Estate Programme Manager - Transactions (12 months FTC) to lead end-to-end delivery of client real estate transactions and related projects, acting as the main client-side link across internal teams and external advisers.

The role combines transaction leadership with programme management, taking accountability from initial requirements through governance, commercial negotiation, approvals, implementation and post-completion review.

Qualifications

Five years' + experience delivering commercial real estate transactions or programme delivery.
Strong governance, budgeting and risk management capabilities.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the complete transaction lifecycle for lease renewals, regears, relocations, and portfolio transactions.
Translate business requirements into property strategies, scopes and delivery plans.
Lead programme governance with outsourced providers, tracking service levels and budgets.
Develop options appraisals and business cases with commercial, operational and risk insights.
Oversee stakeholder alignment and ensure transactions pass governance and approvals.
