Clayton Legal is supporting an international law firm in appointing a Practice Development Lawyer to the Real Estate team. The role suits an experienced Real Estate lawyer seeking to move away from fee earning or an established PDL seeking a new platform.

Qualifications
- England & Wales qualified with strong Real Estate experience.
- Existing PDL/PSL experience or genuine interest in moving into a knowledge role.
- Experience contributing to know-how, training or client content.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the property market.
- Confident collaborating across teams and seniority levels.
Responsibilities
- Advising on technical legal queries for Real Estate matters.
- Leading on legal research and tracking developments in Real Estate.
- Producing client briefings and thought leadership pieces.
- Delivering training (internal & client-facing) on Real Estate topics.
- Managing and evolving precedents and know-how for the practice.
- Drafting practice notes to support fee earners.
- Supporting innovation and process improvement projects within the team.
- Working closely with fee earners to stay aligned with market trends.
- Identifying and mitigating risk issues in Real Estate work.
- Managing third-party providers and related services.
