Clayton Legal is working with a leading international law firm to appoint a Practice Development Lawyer into their Real Estate team in London.

This strategic, non-fee-earning role suits an experienced Real Estate lawyer or an established PDL seeking a new platform. You will lead on research, training, know-how, client content, and process improvement, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality knowledge.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified with strong Real Estate experience.
• Existing PDL/PSL experience or genuine interest in moving into a knowledge role.
• Experience contributing to know-how, training or client content.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the property market.
• Confident collaborating across teams and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Advising on technical legal queries
• Leading on legal research and tracking developments
• Producing client briefings and thought leadership
• Delivering training (internal & client-facing)
• Managing and evolving precedents and know-how
• Drafting practice notes
• Supporting innovation and process improvement projects
• Working closely with fee earners to stay aligned with the market
