This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Partner with 10+ years PQE to join a prominent firm from their new North West office.

The department handles a broad range of work with a growing client base across various sectors, providing an interesting caseload. They support clients from their national offices.

The caseload includes: sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development work.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household-name PLCs, international groups, and UHNW/HNW private companies.
