Job summary

Dentons is seeking a bright, ambitious real estate paralegal to join our Legal Delivery Centre (LDC). This hybrid/remote role supports the Real Estate Post Completion team across UK offices, with opportunities to work virtually and attend offices as desired.

You will handle post-completion tasks, due diligence, and Land Registry work while gaining exposure to firm clients and cross-office collaboration. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in real estate, strong IT skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' real estate experience, preferably commercial.
• Evidence of strong organisation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Legal qualification or study path (degree/Graduate Diploma in Law) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide general paralegal support across land registry, HMRC, and third parties.
• Conduct due diligence on sales and acquisitions and manage conveyancing searches.
• Assist with corporate and real estate finance matters and conditions precedent.
• Manage Land Registry applications end to end with filing deadlines and trackers.
• Handle post-completion inbox with prioritisation and ownership of urgent items.
• Prepare and submit SDLT/LTT returns and coordinate client approvals and payments.
• Utilise legal technology and AI; assist with reporting and research.
• Support with due diligence and other real estate project work.
