Job summary

Ashfords in Exeter is seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join our Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support fee earners on a broad range of Real Estate matters, liaising with clients and third parties across the UK and internationally.

You will prepare and review legal documents, manage files, and help progress matters day to day, gaining hands-on experience within a leading Real Estate practice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or legal support role.
• Experience in Real Estate or property work preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and liaise with clients and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners on a broad range of Real Estate matters.
• Prepare and review legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients and third parties.
• Manage case files and assist with day-to-day progression of matters.
• Work closely with lawyers across the team to develop expertise.
