Qualifikationen

• Strategic and commercially driven thinker with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define service ranges (sales, lettings, management).
• Contribute to sales/leases strategy and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and tenant demand.
• Analyse customer/tenant feedback to inform decisions.
• Compile and analyse sales, lettings, occupancy data against targets.
• Develop campaigns and promotional activities for buyers/investors/tenants.
• Produce reports detailing marketing performance and market insights.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing and branding.
• Mentor and manage the marketing team for effective delivery.
• Oversee content creation, digital marketing, branding and promotions.
• Engage with clients, tenants, investors, and partners for opportunities.
• Support negotiations of property management/contracts and leases.
• Prepare detailed marketing specifications aligned with asset positioning.
