Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP seeks a senior Knowledge Lawyer for its Real Estate Group. The role will partner with the Business Group Head to drive innovation, promote self-service legal tools, and implement best practices across core real estate teams, residential development and planning.

You will lead dissemination of knowledge, manage training programs, and support AI-enabled workflows. A strong background in UK real estate law and coaching capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE and strong English/Welsh real estate knowledge.
Experience in real estate teams of large UK law practices.
Interest in innovation and AI.
Experience coaching or delivering training.
Experience in a large professional services firm.

Responsibilities

Lead dissemination of legal knowledge and best practice across the Real Estate Group.
Promote use of AI and legal technology toolkit within the group.
Develop training programmes and onboarding processes for trainees and junior staff.
Coordinate knowledge management, risk monitoring, and updates across teams.
Support business development with knowledge management responses to tenders.
