Job summary

WOMBLE BOND DICKINSON is seeking a senior Business Group Knowledge Lawyer for its Real Estate Group in the UK. You will partner with the Business Group Head to drive innovation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of legal technology across core real estate teams, residential development and planning.

You will lead training, develop processes, and promote AI-enabled tools such as Orbital and Avail to deliver efficient, high-quality client service.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in the real estate team of a large UK law practice.
Strong interest in innovation and AI and adoption of legal technology.
Self-starter who can collaborate across internal and external teams to share expertise.
Excellent communication and ability to drive new concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead dissemination of legal knowledge and best practices across the Real Estate group.
Promote AI and firmwide legal technology toolkit usage; act as SME for tools relevant to the group.
Identify risks and implement new ways of working applicable across teams.
Support business development by answering knowledge-management questions in tenders and client materials.
Coordinate horizon scanning for legal developments and thought leadership opportunities.
