This global law firm is currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team. The team is a dedicated practice area of the firm and comprises a joint venture between banking and real estate, with specialist input from planning, construction, litigation, tax, and other practice areas.

This role focuses on domestic and international real estate finance transactions. You will assist on a variety of transactions including acquisition, investment, and development finance, as well as the ongoing management of security obligations concerning charged property and the discharge of security following repayment of facilities.

To be considered for this role, you should have between 3-6 years of PQE and possess strong real estate finance experience.
