About the role

• Lead on Real Estate Finance deals and CRE Structured Debt transactions across a broad spectrum of assets
• Draft and negotiate complex finance documents, including facility agreements, syndication and mezzanine documentation, and intercreditor arrangements
• Handle financing for various property types, from offices and residential to retail, hotels, and logistics, leveraging a range of financial tools
• Manage deal teams comprising junior associates, trainees, and paralegals within a collaborative, cross-location environment
• Develop and nurture key client relationships, engaging with lenders, investment funds, developers, and property companies
• Contribute to the firm’s sector expertise by participating in specialist teams and supporting the mentoring of junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years PQE with substantial experience in Real Estate Finance and Structured Debt
• Strong understanding of key legal and market concepts in real estate financing
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
