Lc Legal is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its expanding team in Manchester. The role involves advising on secured lending transactions for a lender client base and delivering high-quality work with real responsibility.

You will manage own transactions, support senior lawyers on complex deals, and have opportunities for career progression in a collaborative and ambitious firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors with 4+ years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate Finance and/or Commercial Property.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act on a broad range of real estate finance transactions for lender clients.
• Manage smaller transactions independently while supporting on larger matters.
• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and ancillary finance docs.
• Coordinate property due diligence and manage transactions from instruction to completion.
• Supervise junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals and contribute to BD initiatives.

Our client, a highly regarded and growing commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience to join a dynamic and collaborative team, advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions for an established lender client base. The Opportunity

Working as part of a specialist Real Estate Finance team, you will advise on a wide variety of secured lending transactions, acting predominantly for lenders across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate matters.

You will manage your own transactions while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex deals, providing exposure to sophisticated financing structures and high-value property transactions. The role also offers the opportunity to supervise junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the practice through business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting on a broad range of real estate finance transactions on behalf of lender clients.
• Managing smaller transactions independently while assisting on larger, more complex matters.
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation and ancillary finance documents.
• Undertaking and coordinating detailed property due diligence.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
• Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-referral across the wider firm.

About You

Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate Finance and/or Commercial Property.
