Job summary

Proper Recruitment Limited in London is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their Commercial Property team. The firm offers a friendly and diverse environment with strong prospects for development within a busy practice.

You will handle a varied caseload, act for lenders or borrowers on secured lending, review facility agreements, and liaise with clients to progress transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance.
• Excellent drafting and legal skills.
• Commercially aware with strong client care.

Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm who are looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their friendly and diverse Commercial Property department in London. The team is expanding rapidly and receiving a high volume of quality work, with excellent prospects for development and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions
• Acting for lenders and/or borrowers on secured lending matters
