Job summary

LC Legal in Birmingham is seeking a 2–5 PQE Real Estate Finance Associate to join its growing team. You’ll advise lenders and borrowers on diverse real estate finance transactions and manage a personal caseload with autonomy, while collaborating with the wider Real Estate group.

• 2–5 years' PQE
• Experience in Real Estate Finance or exposure to finance transactions within a broader Commercial Property/Real Estate role

• A commercial mindset and proactive approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking to specialise in finance work, or an existing Real Estate Finance lawyer looking to join a highly regarded national practice?

We're working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint a 2–5 PQE Associate into its growing Real Estate Finance team based in their Birmingham office. This is an excellent chance to join a collaborative team acting on a broad range of high-quality transactions for an impressive client base.

The Opportunity

You'll advise both lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of real estate finance matters, supporting transactions involving acquisitions, development funding and refinancing.

The team acts for a diverse range of clients, including:

• High street and challenger banks
• Specialist and bridging lenders
• Property developers
• Corporate and individual borrowers

You'll work alongside experienced specialists while taking responsibility for your own matters and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions.
• Managing your own caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy.
