JMC Legal Recruitment is assisting a Top 200 firm in Tunbridge Wells to recruit a Real Estate Finance Solicitor/Associate with 2+ years PQE. You will advise lenders, developers and investors on high-value financing transactions from a close-knit, partner-led team.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path to Senior Associate, and exposure to City-level work within the South East. Competitive salary and discretionary bonus on offer.

Qualifikationen

• You must be an experienced Property Finance / Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
• Solid experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers in finance transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and commercial awareness.
• Confident in building client relationships and keen to take on business development.
• Collaborative, ambitious, and eager to progress in a Legal 500 ranked team.
