CMS UK is expanding its Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure team in Edinburgh/Glasgow. The role focuses on advising on real estate aspects of energy, renewables, and major infrastructure projects, including wind, solar, storage and related infrastructure, with opportunities to lead documentation and due diligence work.
The successful candidate is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales with strong commercial real estate experience and 2+ years PQE, capable of handling complex matters, and
Qualifications
- Must be a solicitor qualified in England & Wales with strong commercial real estate experience.
- Experience in energy, renewables, infrastructure or major development work is preferred.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with ability to manage complex matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on real estate aspects of energy, renewables and infrastructure projects.
- Draft and negotiate options, leases, development agreements and other documents.
- Lead title, access, site assembly and due diligence work to unlock deliverables.
