CMS UK is seeking a Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure Associate to support major infrastructure projects driving the UK's net zero transition. The successful candidate will provide advisory services, draft key documents, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in a relevant field.
• Experience with energy, renewables, infrastructure or major development work.
• Confidence to manage complex matters and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate aspects of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Draft and negotiate key real estate documents.
• Lead title and land due diligence work.
• Support major infrastructure consenting and delivery.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Supervise and develop junior lawyers.
