Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join its market-leading Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure Team. The role supports infrastructure projects such as solar, battery, carbon capture, and transmission infrastructure from Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with energy and infrastructure property experience, including DCOs and CPOs. English qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in real estate related to energy and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with DCOs (Development Consent Orders) and CPOs (Compulsory Purchase Orders).
• Qualified in England and Wales (E&W) to practise).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on infrastructure projects including solar, battery, carbon capture, transmission infrastructure and interconnectors.
• Support funding and development work for energy projects within the Real Estate Energy & Infrastructure Team.
