Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join its market‑leading Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure Team. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, you will provide advice on infrastructure projects spanning solar, battery, carbon capture, transmission infrastructure, and interconnectors.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, with experience in the property aspects of energy and infrastructure projects, including DCOs and CPOs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ PQE in real estate for energy/infrastructure projects.
Experience with DCOs and CPOs.
Qualified in England and Wales.

Responsibilities

Advise on infrastructure projects involving real estate elements.
Support the Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure Team on DCO/CPO matters.
Assist with property aspects of solar, battery, and transmission projects.
