Job summary

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of landlord and tenant disputes, property insolvency, and drafting pleadings, witness statements, and participating in business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PQE in Property Litigation gained within private practice.
• Strong experience in landlord & tenant disputes.
• Excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and IT proficiency.
