Greystar is seeking a Development Associate to support capitalisation and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments in the London area. You will perform financial analyses, prepare information for underwriting and closing, and work with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring experience across development stages, strong financial modelling skills, and knowledge of the London development landscape, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Development and project management experience delivering residential or mixed-use schemes.
• Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end development process from acquisition to delivery and financial analysis.
• Monitor budgets and programmes, coordinating with construction, operations, and finance teams.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly investor reports and presentations.
• Support financial due diligence and underwriting processes.
• Coordinate external consultants to maintain schedule and budget.
