Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Development Associate in London to support the capitalisation and delivery of residential developments throughout the lifecycle. The role involves financial analyses, underwriting support, and collaboration with construction, operations and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related business or analytical subject.
• Knowledge of planning and construction processes for London.
• Experience with residential/mixed-use development projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist development from acquisition to planning, development, construction, leasing and asset management.
• Monitor and report on development budgets and programmes with construction, operations and finance teams.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports and presentations.
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for underwriting and closing real estate transactions.
• Manage external consultants to progress designs on programme and within budget.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues affecting schedules or costs.
