The chosen candidate will need a degree in Real Estate or similar, with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
• Familiarity with UK planning system and building regulations.
• Experience building or maintaining development proformas.

Responsibilities

• Support development proformas, financial models, and return calculations.
• Assist in managing the development process from feasibility to completion.
• Conduct research on UK senior housing market trends and demographics.
