Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate – Bristol

Freeths' highly rated and award-winning team of over 150 real estate lawyers operates from 12 UK locations. Our Bristol Real Estate team advises on all aspects of commercial real estate, acting for developers, investors, occupiers and public sector clients on complex transactions across the UK.

Adam Watson, National Head of Real Estate, leads a growing practice with a particular focus on industrial and logistics development and investment work. Adam advises developers, investors and occupiers on a range of high-value acquisitions, disposals, development projects and asset management matters. Supported by a strong and collaborative wider Real Estate team, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Bristol practice.

As the team continues to expand, we are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with strong commercial real estate experience and a genuine interest in industrial and logistics development and investment work.

About The Role

The team is continuing to grow and is looking to recruit an Associate with 2-5 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial real estate practice.

You will work closely with Adam Watson on a broad range of matters, with a particular emphasis on industrial and logistics development and investment transactions. The role will also include wider commercial development, landlord and tenant and asset management work.
