Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate for a Scotland-based hybrid role. The role covers broad commercial real estate, high-value transactions and client-facing work with a strong national practice.

You will handle acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and finance matters, taking ownership of matters while collaborating with senior lawyers. A 4+ PQE in real estate and a commercial mindset are essential.

Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking for your next move with a growing, forward-thinking law firm?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national practice with an established presence in Scotland and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work to a diverse client base.

The Real Estate team is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the Scottish practice.

The Role:

You’ll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, acting for a varied client base across a number of sectors. The work is interesting, varied and often high value, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing and portfolio management
• Development work
• Investment and asset management
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance
• Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your matters and build strong relationships with clients, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a wider national Real Estate team.

About You:

We’re keen to speak with Real Estate Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE who are looking for a role offering quality work, responsibility and long-term career development.

• Strong experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters
