Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate for Scotland with 4+ PQE. The role offers hybrid working and a salary £75k-£90k DOE, with a growing national practice and strong client base.

You will work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters across sectors, taking ownership of matters and developing relationships with clients while benefiting from the support of a wider Real Estate team.

Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking for your next move with a growing, forward-thinking law firm?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national practice with an established presence in Scotland and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work to a diverse client base.

The Real Estate team is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the Scottish practice.

The Role:

You’ll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, acting for a varied client base across a number of sectors. The work is interesting, varied and often high value, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing and portfolio management
• Development work
• Investment and asset management
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance
• Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your matters and build strong relationships with clients, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a wider national Real Estate team.
