Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is representing a respected law firm in Scotland seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join a growing team. You will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters and develop strong client relationships in a collaborative, national platform.

You’ll work on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, asset management and property finance, with ownership of matters and support from a wider Real Estate team. Hybrid working and a competitive package are on offer.

The Real Estate team is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the Scottish practice.

The Role:

You’ll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, acting for a varied client base across a number of sectors. The work is interesting, varied and often high value, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing and portfolio management
• Investment and asset management
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance
• Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your matters and build strong relationships with clients, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a wider national Real Estate team.
