Job summary

TLT is recruiting an Associate to join our Real Estate team in Manchester. This flexible role can be full or part-time, with hybrid working to suit you and the team.

You will act for public and private sector clients on a broad range of transactions, mentor junior team members, collaborate with Partners across our offices, and contribute to business development to grow our nationwide Real Estate offering.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in real estate.
• Experience handling a broad range of real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act for a range of public and private sector clients on real estate transactions.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team.
• Collaborate with Partners across office locations.
• Assist in business development and nurture client relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of the Real Estate offering nationwide.
