Qualifications

• Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial real estate.
• Experience in development, investment and corporate occupier work.
• Confident managing own caseload and complex transactions.
• Experience supporting Partners on large transactions and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including development, investment and corporate occupier matters.
• Taking a leading role in a significant volume of development work, advising clients throughout the lifecycle of property projects.
• Managing transactions independently and delivering high-quality work.
• Supporting Partners on complex, high-value property transactions.
• Building client relationships and providing commercially focused advice.
• Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners.
• Contributing to business development and growth of the practice.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
