A leading UK law firm is looking to add a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to its top-tier Real Estate team. • Major commercial and residential development projects, including mixed-use sites, logistics hubs, retail parks, and student accommodation
• Strategic land deals and urban extensions
• Investment transactions and asset management
• Landlord and tenant matters across a range of sectors, including retail, leisure, healthcare, and office space

The Role:

You’ll be exposed to a wide-ranging and high-quality caseload, including:

• Commercial and residential development work
• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold assets
• Strategic land and promotion agreements
• Landlord and tenant lease negotiations and asset management
• Supporting complex regeneration and infrastructure projects

This is a varied and stimulating role, where you’ll work closely with clients and play an active role in delivering strategic legal advice.

About You:

• A qualified solicitor with 2–7 years' PQE in commercial property
• Solid experience across a range of real estate matters
• A confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
• Keen to develop professionally in a collaborative, high-performing team
