Job summary

Michael Page Legal seeks a Real Estate Associate in Manchester to support high-value property transactions and provide expert legal advice. You will work within a tier-1 Real Estate group handling major retail, mixed-use and office developments, and portfolio acquisitions.

The role requires 1-3 PQE from a national or international firm, with hybrid working and a competitive salary (£70,000–£76,000) based on experience. Bonus scheme available and a client-focused approach is essential.

As a Real Estate Associate in Manchester, you'll play a key role in supporting clients with complex property transactions and legal advice.

Client Details

You will be joining an international law firm in Manchester. As a Real Estate Associate you will be part of our client's highly experienced Real Estate group regularly deal with multi-million pound transactions and acting for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.

The Real Estate team in Manchester have been rated as tier 1 in the Legal 500.

Description

As a Real Estate Associate your duties will include advising on all aspects of Real Estate business including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing and commercial landlord and tenant matters and, portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Other duties are listed below.

• Draft and review property-related legal documentation, including leases, contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on real estate transactions, acquisitions, and disposals.

Profile
