We're on a mission to revolutionise the road freight sector by building a nationwide network of renewable refuelling and recharging hubs for HGVs and LGVs – and we’re looking for a Site Development Associate to help make it happen.

? About the Role

You’ll join a fast-moving, purpose-driven team helping to identify, evaluate, and secure key UK sites for clean transport infrastructure. Working directly with the Site Acquisition Manager, you’ll:

• Evaluate potential sites and present investment cases to decision-makers
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Engage with real estate agents, landowners, and stakeholders
• Support contract negotiations and planning submissions
• Use data and dashboards to track acquisition progress

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Planning, Real Estate, or similar
