Position Overview

Join a leading firm in Real Estate Private Equity (REPE), investing across multiple asset classes and strategies with recent global raises in the billions of dollars. We are seeking a technically proficient Asset Manager to initially focus on our pan-European logistics strategy, with potential for broader responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support a Senior Vice President in the logistics Asset Management team to develop and execute asset class strategies and business plans.
2. Engage in tasks such as refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments, and asset manipulation, aligned with the firm’s opportunistic risk profile.
3. Develop complex financial models from scratch, demonstrating advanced financial structuring skills.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling skills, capable of building complex structures.
• Experience in a bank, fund, or top-tier advisory platform is preferred.
• Interest in logistics real estate is essential, previous focus on logistics is not mandatory.
