Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a small AP team, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Overseeing accurate and timely payment of suppliers and contractors across property, service charge and capital project invoices.
• Running supplier statement reconciliations, payment runs and month-end accruals.
• Strengthening controls, approval workflows and compliance across multiple entities.
• Leading process improvements and optimising finance systems.
