Job summary

TSP is seeking an experienced accounts payable lead to own the AP function across a busy portfolio of clients, properties and funds. You will code and log invoices, manage supplier relations and weekly pay runs, and support the wider finance and property teams.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective Stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to compliance and reporting within a fast-paced, award-winning company.

Qualifications

• Proven accounts payable experience with high-volume invoice processing.
• 5+ years experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems such as QUBE Global Software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations across portfolio of clients, properties and funds.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve complex invoice queries with contractors and service providers.
• Process weekly supplier pay runs in line with each client's approval and payment schedules.
• Prepare regular accounts payable reports and KPI tracking for senior management and quarterly client statements.
• Create and maintain procedure manuals to support business continuity.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Investment teams on portfolio-specific requirements.
• Contribute to ESG reporting aligned with our commitments.
• Calculate and apply insurance and electricity recharges to tenants and properties.
• Monitor and forecast cashflow across client accounts to ensure funds are available for payments.
