Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Group is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. No prior real estate experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

You will assist clients, arrange property viewings, negotiate deals, and aim to close sales or rental transactions. Responsibilities include arranging viewings, updating market knowledge, building client relationships, generating listings, contacting prospects, and capturing property photos.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment, not mandatory but preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Positive, hardworking attitude and presentable appearance.
• Good negotiation and organisational skills.
• UK driving license and ability to rent a car when required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
• Keep up to date with current market rates and listings.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Follow up on leads and generate listings to grow the portfolio.
• Contact potential clients and promote property listings.
• Take professional photos of listings to enhance marketing.
• Work toward sales and commission targets and close deals.
• Prepare and manage contracts and paperwork for property sales and rentals.

Qualifications:

• UK/UAE drivers licence ( you will be required to rent a car, which we will arrange for you at your own expense)
