Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Group is seeking a motivated, confident Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Cardiff. No prior real estate experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a successful career in property.

You will assist clients, arrange property viewings, negotiate deals, and work towards sales or rental targets. A UK driving licence is required for client visits, with company-arranged car rental as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience within a sales industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Positive and hardworking attitude.
• Presentable, professional and open to new learning.
• Good negotiation and organisational skills.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Keep up to date with current market rates.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
