Job summary

Allsopp & Allsopp Group, a British real estate agency, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its team in Birmingham. No real estate experience is required; you will receive full training and ongoing support to start and grow your career in property.

You will assist clients, arrange property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales or rental transactions, with uncapped commission and in-house training as part of the package.

• UK/UAE drivers licence (car rental arranged by us at your expense).

Responsibilities

• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Keeping up to date with the current market rate.
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Following up with leads and generating listings.
• Finding and contacting potential clients.
• Calling out for your property listings.
• Taking professional photos of your listings.
• Working towards Sales and commission targets.
• Negotiating prices and offers.
• Prepare and manage contracts and paperwork for property sales and rental deals.
