Allsopp & Allsopp Group is recruiting a motivated Real Estate Agent in Manchester. No prior real estate experience is required; full training and ongoing support will help you build a successful career in property with uncapped commission opportunities.

You will assist clients, arrange property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales or rental transactions. The role emphasises customer focus, resilience, and targets, with progression and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Experience within a sales industry but is not mandatory.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Positive and hardworking attitude.
• Presentable, professional and open.
• Good negotiation and organisational skills.
• UK/UAE drivers licence ( you will be required to rent a car, which we will arrange for you at your own expense)
• Reliable, punctual and committed.

Responsibilities

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Keeping up to date with the current market rate
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
